Patti Huchteman is an Advanced Certified Paralegal with more than 20 years’ experience providing comprehensive legal support to lawyers engaged in a broad range of litigation at the state, federal and appellate levels. Over the course of her career, her work has allowed her to gain valuable experience and insight into the areas of business / corporate litigation, commercial, employment, energy, healthcare, insurance, personal injury and product liability litigation. She has also gained extensive courtroom experience providing on-site, electronic litigation support during trial.
Since embarking on her legal career in 1993, Patti has worked on numerous complex, high-volume cases from inception to conclusion and has developed extensive experience undertaking all aspects of Case Management, performing legal and factual research, handling all forms of document production and data management, drafting and preparing pleadings and other legal documents, meeting with clients and witnesses in preparation for depositions and trial, preparing exhibits, and providing on-site litigation support at hearings and in trial using industry-leading document management and trial presentation technology, and assisting with post-trial appellate matters.
Patti graduated with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science - Paralegal studies, from Tulsa Junior College (now Tulsa Community College) in 1991 and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University in 1992. In addition to having attained her Certified Paralegal designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1996, she holds the distinction of having earned Advanced Certified Paralegal credentials in both Trial Practice (2009) and Discovery (2010), and earned her Certified Summation Support Specialist credentials in 2015.
When she’s not working Patti enjoys yoga, cuddling puppies, spending time with her family and friends, traveling, participating in local community activities, and cheering on her OSU Cowboys!
